Rich Fruit Smoothie

 


BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
Serves 2

Ingredients:
♦ 2 bananas
♦ 4 ounces Greek yogurt
♦ 1/2 avocado, pitted
♦ 1 kiwi, halved
♦ 1/2 cup almonds
♦ 1/2 cup milk
♦ Handful of berries
♦ Ice (4 to 5 cubes or so)

Directions:
Peel the bananas and avocado, and add to the blender. Add the kiwi halves (with skin-on), greek yogurt, berries, and almonds. Pour the milk over the fruit. Finally, top the container with ice.

Blend to desired consistency and enjoy!

Customize – replace the kiwi with a quarter of a mango, half an apple (with a dash of cinnamon), half a peach, or a full plum; replace the berries with other sweet fruits: cherries, figs, dates, etc. If lactose-intolerant, omit the greek yogurt and replace the milk with a nut milk or fruit juice.
